Since the Olympic break, Clark has been nothing short of sensational. The rookie phenom has averaged 24 points, 8.5 assists, and 5.2 rebounds per game, leading the Fever to a 5-1 record in their six games since the season resumed on August 16. Her latest outing, a dominant 100-81 victory over the Chicago Sky, has reignited the comparisons to Curry, particularly due to the sheer brilliance of her play.
In that game, Clark showcased why she’s quickly becoming one of the most exciting players in the WNBA. She posted 31 points, 12 assists, four rebounds, and a steal, all while shooting an impressive 55.6% from beyond the arc. Her performance not only highlighted her scoring prowess but also her ability to involve her teammates, much like Curry does for the Golden State Warriors.
