Satou Sabally Frustrated by Caitlin Clark Fans Flooding Dallas Arena
The “Caitlin Clark effect” made a significant impact in Dallas on Sunday as the Indiana Fever faced off against the Wings. The Fever secured a 100-93 victory, marking their fourth consecutive win. Caitlin Clark, the Fever’s star rookie point guard, once again delivered a stellar performance with 28 points, 12 assists, and four rebounds.
After the game, Wings star Satou Sabally expressed her mixed feelings about the overwhelming presence of Clark fans in the Dallas arena. While Sabally appreciated the packed crowd, she was less enthusiastic about the sea of Clark jerseys that dominated the stands.
“It was honestly pretty annoying to see so many Caitlin Clark fans in our arena,” Sabally admitted. “While it’s great to see a strong turnout, I wish our Dallas fans had shown up stronger.
